Returns - The Rooster Prize and University Scheme

This web page is for recipients of Rooster prizes and the University scheme  (Mainland UK only) who have received a Rooster clothing product prize (or  University scheme ), and wish to return the item to Rooster and have a replacement due to incorrect sizing. 

Rooster is happy to exchange item(s) for a different size where possible, however we are unable to swap or exchange the item for a different product. 

Returned Item(s) must unused and still tagged, with original packing please.

Process:

1. Download the Returns Form for the Prize Scheme HERE and print off a hard copy and complete.  Please make sure you tell us the NEW size you require.

2. The item(s) you wish to return, must be addressed (an address label is also on the download returns form) to:

NOTE: Return of prize item(s) to Rooster is at the recipient/prize winner’s expense, and return of the replacement item(s) from Rooster UK back to the recipient/prize winner has a charge of a flat fee of £3.95 (UK mainland only).

3. Once you have printed the prize returns form, please add the Rooster WEBnnnnnn order reference to that form.  This WEB reference is created when you pay (online - see below link) for the delivery return payment.

4. Pack, address and then send back with the completed prize return form inside to the above Rooster address.

Returned goods are inspected in our Returns Department and replacement of item(s) subject to current stock are carried out within 14 calendar days.
