Thank you for your support during COVID-19

As an online retailer we remain fully open and able to dispatch orders as normal.

We continue to be really grateful for your support during this tricky time. You are always welcome to chat to our in-house team who will support you with any technical advice and to help you place orders.

Whats different at Rooster right now:
1) If you are collecting your order from our UK Fareham Office, please observe social distancing and wear a face mask and be prepared to scan the NHS COVID-19 QR code for contact tracing purposes.
2) We have team members working from home, so fewer people in our office, but phone lines and online chat are both operating normally. Returns may take longer to process than usual.
3) Covid-19 makes business tricier, at times there may be a delay in responding to you, but bear with us, we will always respond to you.
