About the Role
Rooster Sailing Ltd is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Senior Planning & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of key operational planning and logistics activities across the business.
This is a hands-on but senior coordination role responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency across Goods In, stock planning, shipping logistics, packaging control, and boat parts purchasing. The role requires strong operational oversight, confident supplier management, and the ability to maintain high-quality data integrity to support effective decision-making.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock from factory through to warehouse and onward to customers and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Planning & Stock Control
Maintain and actively manage stock levels across boat parts product areas, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
Support forward planning of stock requirements in line with sales demand and operational needs.
Ensure high levels of stock accuracy through regular review and reconciliation.
Take ownership of Goods In coordination, ensuring all deliveries are processed, checked and recorded accurately.
Logistics & Freight Management
Coordinate factory shipments with freight forwarders, ensuring cost-effective and timely movement of goods.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for freight forwarders, shippers and relevant factories.
Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues or delays.
Support continuous improvement of import and export processes (training provided where required).
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate the purchasing of boat parts, maintaining appropriate availability levels.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and flag any risks to supply continuity.
Support pricing and cost control initiatives where appropriate.
Data Integrity & Operational Reporting
Maintain and reconcile key operational data including stock, purchasing, pricing and shipping records.
Ensure systems are kept accurate and up to date to support business reporting.
Identify discrepancies and take ownership of resolving data issues.
Support the wider team with operational insights where required.
Warehouse & Operational Support
Oversee packaging stock levels and ensure availability at all times.
Support warehouse workflow and operational efficiency initiatives.
Assist with picking, packing and despatch during peak periods where required.
Work closely with the wider Rooster team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Training & Support
Where possible, a structured handover will be provided by the previous role holder. Rooster will also provide internal and external training to support the successful candidate in developing further expertise in import/export processes and operational systems.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, stock planning or operations coordination.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams.
Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify risks and inefficiencies.
Comfortable working with data and operational systems (ERP/WMS experience advantageous — e.g. Orderwise).
Marine or boat parts knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
Proactive, hands-on and team-oriented mindset.

Role Overview
Rooster Sailing Ltd is seeking an outgoing and sales driven Summer Events and Sales Representative to support our UK summer events and on the road selling programme.
This is a practical, customer facing role focused on delivering strong sales performance at sailing events, regattas and shows across the UK. You will represent the Rooster brand on the ground, engaging with sailors, clubs and customers, offering product advice and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves small boat sailing, understands the UK sailing scene and enjoys being part of busy, active events.
Key Responsibilities
Event Sales and Customer Engagement
Represent Rooster at UK sailing events and regattas
Set up, manage and break down event retail stands
Drive retail sales and promote Rooster products
Offer knowledgeable and friendly product advice to customers
Build relationships with clubs, sailors and event organisers
Stock and Logistics
Manage event stock, displays and POS materials

Role Overview
Rooster Sailing Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Technical SEO Specialist to join our marketing team.
This is a key role responsible for improving organic visibility, site performance and search driven revenue across Rooster’s digital platforms. You will take ownership of the technical SEO foundation, site health, structure, and performance, working closely with the marketing, e commerce and development teams to ensure Rooster’s websites are fully optimised for growth.
This role requires a highly organised, analytical and commercially aware individual with proven experience within the watersports marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO and Site Performance
Own the technical SEO health of all Rooster websites
Manage site audits, crawlability, indexation, redirects and error resolution
Improve page speed, core web vitals and overall site performance
Support structured data, schema and site architecture
Organic Growth and Content Support
Support keyword research, on page optimisation and internal linking
Work closely with marketing and content teams to support organic growth

Role Overview
Rooster Sailing Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Designer and Product Innovation Lead to take ownership of Rooster’s product development and innovation.
This is a senior and highly influential role responsible for leading the design, development and commercial delivery of new products across the Rooster range. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and material selection through to sampling, testing, cost control and final production.
This role is central to Rooster’s growth strategy and requires an individual with proven watersports product design experience, strong technical textile knowledge and a clear understanding of how to develop commercially viable, market leading products.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure products are technically robust, commercially realistic, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
· Own the technical development of products from concept through to production
· Translate design intent into clear, accurate technical specifications
· Create and maintain size charts, measurements, labels, and packaging information
· Ensure fit, sizing, performance, and user experience meet Rooster standards
· Contribute to product and range planning discussions with the wider team
Technical & Factory Liaison
· Communicate directly and clearly with overseas factories and suppliers
· Manage the sampling process, providing structured feedback and approving revisions
