Returns - Mainland UK Customers
EASY RETURNS for a refund can be made to Rooster HQ - Simply click the Collect+ Image link above and follow the steps to return your item(s).
NOTE: NOT for eBay Rooster returns (see bottom of page for more details).
Returns are sent directly to Rooster HQ via our link with Collect+. Login to your account and follow the Collect+ Pickup link on the Order Enquiry page. There will be a £3.95 charge to contribute towards postage (deducted from your refund amount).
This returns service is for UK mainland customers only, the parcel must be under 10kg with max dimensions 60x50x50cm - sorry no tillers... - Your parcel will be returned to Rooster typically within 3 – 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: This paid Collect+ returns service is for UK mainland customers only. Please see the Collect+ website for further details of this service. This is a service which you take the parcel(s) to a local pick up point, such as a convenient store in your region, and NOT a collection service from your house/property.
Do I have you use the Collect+ process to get an item back to Rooster for a refund? No. If the Collect+ drop off point is not convenient or close to you, then you can still send back the item(s) to Rooster at your own expense (such as using the Royal Mail etc). No reimbursement of your postage costs from Rooster will be made. (It is always recommended that some sort of 'proof of posting' / shipping etc is obtained by the customer).
Do I need my own printer to print off the label? Please see this web here for more details - some drop off locations offer free label printing.
I do not have a printer or smartphone, how do I return? If you do not have a printer or a smartphone, simply make a note of the 9-character reference number included in the email, which starts with ‘PS’ and ask the store to print the label by quoting this reference number to them.
Please ensure you also complete and include the Rooster Returns form with your items.
Please fill in your returns form and include it in your returning parcel, attaching the address to the parcel. If you have lost or not received your form please download and print HERE.

If replacement or exchange goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website. (All stock can be checked on the Rooster website in real-time to ensure we have your colour and/or size).
If your order was placed before the 21/01/2021 OR you do not have a WEBxxxxxxx order number, for example if the order was placed over the phone or an email, you will need to use this link to process your return.
NOTE: If the item(s) was purchased via one the Rooster UK independent stockists please contact that stockist directly.

If you need to return an item for a refund - once the item is received back at Rooster (no exchanges) please go this link (or click on the RYA or Outdoor image above - opens a new window) and input the ORDER NUMBER (The format is nn-nn-nnnnnn for example 11-34-000272) as shown on your Rooster receipt found below the bar code on your receipt - . Please also download and print, (or use the on-line returns form) the returns form above & remember to complete and enclose) - we will call you to arrange a refund back to your card. (Please have your card details ready).
NOTE: Please note £3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to contribute towards the delivery cost back to Rooster. Customers can if they wish send back the item(s) at their own expense.
Please use the eBay returns process to return a Rooster item purchased via the Rooster eBay shop. Open eBay, sign in, and go to your orders and select the option 'Return this item' and follow the on screen instructions. Do not use the Collect+ option here.
