Custom Rigging - Wire Rigging Talurit Hardeye to Swaged 'T' Terminal

Wire Rigging:  A talurit hardeye to swaged 'T' terminal made to your specification and length. You can select the type of wire and diameter (maximum 3mm diameter) you require, we also need from you the overall length of the rigging wire. The custom length we need is the BEARING surface to BEARING surface length as shown by the diagram. (Maximum 7.5m long)

Please note:

The 2.0, 2.5 and 3mm diameter wire is only available for the 1 x 19 wire type.
The 2.5 and 3mm diameter wire is only available for the 7 x 19 wire types.

About the 7 x 19 Flexible Wire Rigging (2.5 and 3mm diameter wires available)

Stainless Steel 7 x 19 wire construction provides enough flexibility to run round turning blocks making it ideal for wire to rope halyards where the wire must run around mast sheaves.

About the 1 x 19 Non-Flexible Wire Rigging (2.0, 2.5 and 3mm diameter wires available)

Stainless Steel 1 x 19 wire is the most popular solution for standing rigging on dinghies and small keelboats.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1 x 19 wire is generally used for high-end shrouds in smaller diameters.

Rooster Sailing use KOS Stainless Steel Wire Rope manufactured using 316 marine grade stainless steel and is recognised for its superior quality and has an outstanding reputation for dinghy rigging.

All copper ferrule terminations are fitted onto the wire using a Talurit Hydraulic Press Machine.

All swaged wire terminals are roller swaged onto the wire using Wiretechnik Roller Swaging Technology.
