The lightweight 40mm SILVER boom is much stiffer than the school boom and will allow the sailor to put more tension on the leach.
The Silver Regatta Boom is part of the Optiparts Silver Regatta range which is less stiff than Blackgold and ideal for lightweight sailors who have started racing. The Silver Boom is made of high quality aluminum tube.
