Rooster Sign-Up Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Rooster Sailing Limited, United Kingdom.
  2. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to individuals aged 16 years and over.
    • Employees of Rooster Sailing Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must complete the official Rooster sign-up form during the competition period.
    • Each entry must include the entrant’s name, email address and class of boat sailed/sport.
    • Only fully completed and valid entries will be counted.
    • Entry into the competition is subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Rooster’s Privacy Policy, available at www.roostersailing.com.
  4. Competition Period
    • The competition start and end dates will be published on the Rooster website and promotional materials.
  5. The Prize
    • The prize is a full kit out of Rooster kit* worth up to the value of £1,000. *Rooster clothing and Rooster-branded boat parts only, excluding any third-party items sold by Rooster.
    • The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
    • The prize must be redeemed directly by the winner with Rooster Sailing Limited.
  6. How the Winner Is Chosen
    • Each valid entry counts as one entry.
    • The winner will be drawn at random from the individuals entered.
  7. Notification
    • The winner will be contacted using their email address provided within the entry within 14 days of the competition closing.
  8. Use of Data
    • By entering, participants consent to being added to the Rooster's mailing list.
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Rooster’s Privacy Policy available at www.roostersailing.com.
  9. General
    • Rooster Sailing Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • Rooster Sailing Limited accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  10. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
