Rooster CPS is a new Polyester Control Line that is splicebale. It is a very durable round line that makes it very low friction. Its 32 plait pre-stretched polyester high performance cover and its 12 plait inner gives a mean break load of 550Kg, whilst also offering splicing options. It is ideal for control lines, outhauls, lanyards and leach lines. Its 32 plait outer is rough enough to cleat easily and round to make it run smoothly through blocks.
Please note this item is classified as a CUSTOM PRODUCT and hence customers should be aware of the returns policy as found in the current Rooster Terms and Conditions.

Love this stuff, silky slippery and yet doesn’t feel like plastic. Going to use this for all the control lines.
- MBMartin B.Verified BuyerI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars2 years agoEasily spliceable - and I’d not done it before.
I followed Steve’s video for splicing control lines and found the process pretty straight forward. 4mm seems a little thin, but it does flow easily around the blocks, fairleads and cleats.
Very easy to use and a simple upgrade to do yourself.
Can’t think why fids are so expensive though!
