FREE & EASY RETURNS can be made to Rooster HQ - Simply click the link above and follow the steps to return your item(s). You will recieve an email enabling you to select a local drop off location with the ability to track your parcel on its way back to us. Please remember that Collect+ can only accept parcels under 10kg in weight and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm. Your parcel will be returned to Rooster typically within 3 – 5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: This free Collect+ returns service is for UK customers only. Please see the Collect+ website for further details of this service.  This is a service which you take the parcel(s) to a local pick up point,  such as a convenient store in your region, and NOT a collection service from your house/property. Please ensure you also complete and include the Rooster Returns form with your items. If replacement goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website. (All stock can be checked on the Rooster website in realtime to ensure we have your colour or size).

1-2 business working days from receipt of order.
Standard Delivery
3-4 business working days from receipt of order.
Super Saver Delivery
5-7 business working days from receipt of order.

Our couriers occasionally experience operational difficulties and therefore these service delivery times are not guaranteed.

Mainland Europe & North America - If you spend over £250 you will receive free delivery.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any local import duties and/or tax charges. Where an order is to be delivered to an address outside of mainland UK, it is possible that a shipping price quoted shall not be correct. We reserve the right to amend this and in these circumstances, we shall always contact the customer prior to any change.

 

COLLECTIONS


If you live locally or are passing through on your way to an event, you can place an order online and select "collection" in the delivery options. We will email you when your order is ready to collect from our reception desk at our head office in Fareham.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

All returned goods* must be returned unused and fit for re-sale with a returns form. We advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit. All Rooster products* can be returned to us for a refund if they meet the above criteria, within 365 days of receipt. Returned goods are inspected and refunded within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website.

If you have purchased a Combo Deal, the whole contents of the Combo Deal must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund. If you were lucky enough to have won one of our prizes at an event, but it's not the right size or colour we are happy to get this swapped over for. Just send back your prize to us, stating the event the item was received at, the new size or colour required and a delivery address to send it back out to you. Please note that while we are happy to exchange colours and sizes we cannot exchange your prize for a different product.

We're unable to exchange or refund orders that have been customised in any way. For example Cut length rope, splicing work and any heat transfered customised clothing.
