Take note of the following dates for orders to the UK to ensure delivery in good time for Christmas.

We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible but please note that our couriers occasionally experience operational difficulties.

During our Christmas closure period (15:00 Monday, 24th December (open for collections) until 09:00 Wednesday, 2nd January) orders placed on our website will not be processed, however we will commence dispatching ASAP on our return.

If you're worried about sizing or what to buy then we're only a phone call away! We have a dedicated team with an abundance of experience to help and advise you. However we understand that sometimes a gift might miss the mark and have put in place an extended returns policy to cover the festive period. Any gift purchased between 1st November and 24th December may be returned until 31st January 2019. All goods* must be returned unused and fit for re-sale.

Rooster Sailing aim to process your order as soon as possible. When you place an order you have a choice of delivery options which are identified below.

Please note that express deliveries placed before 14:00 on a working day shall be processed for delivery on the next working day.

(Business working days exclude weekends and bank holidays)

Express Delivery
1-2 business working days from receipt of order.
Standard Delivery
3-4 business working days from receipt of order.
Super Saver Delivery
5-7 business working days from receipt of order.

Please note that our couriers occasionally experience operational difficulties and therefore these service delivery times are not guaranteed.

Where an order is to be delivered to an address outside the EU, it is possible sometimes that a shipping price quoted shall not be correct. We therefore reserve the right to amend this. In these circumstances, we shall always contact the customer prior to any change.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any local import duties and/or tax charges that may result from your order being sent you.


If you live locally or are passing through on your way to an event, you can place an order online and select "collection" in the delivery options. We will email you when your order is ready to collect from our reception desk at our head office in Fareham.



All returned goods* must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for re-sale as well as be accompanied with a returns form which is downloadable from the website. The costs incurred in sending unwanted items back to Rooster are the responsibility of the customer. We also advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit. All Rooster Sailing products* can be returned to us for a refund if they meet the above criteria, within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Returned goods are inspected in our Returns Department and refunds are carried out within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they must be re-ordered from our website.

If you have purchased a bundle, you must return the whole bundle to us in order to receive a refund. Goods that were received as prizes may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item.

*Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund rope orders that have been cut to length or customised in any way, such as splicing work.
