FREE & EASY RETURNS can be made to Rooster HQ - Simply login to your account and follow the DPD Pickup link on the Order Enquiry page.

PLEASE NOTE: This free DPD returns service is for UK mainland (not Highlands and Islands - i.e Scottish Highlands, plus Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles) customers only. This is a service which you take the parcel(s) to a local pick up point,  such as a convenient store in your region, and NOT a collection service from your house/property. Please ensure you also complete and include the Rooster Returns form with your items. If replacement goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website.(All stock can be checked on the Rooster website in realtime to ensure we have your colour or size).




Following an update from the UK Government on Monday 23rd March we would like to update you on our status and ability to supply you with our products and services. It is clear that this will be a challenging time and the safety of everyone is of paramount importance.

We recognise that, with people at home, boat preparation and thinking about that time in the future when you can get on the water may be a lower consideration, however we remain ready to support you, albeit in a different way ensuring we keep our team safe following all necessary government guidance. With that in mind, you can still shop on our website or eBay shop, our team will still take your calls and online chats from home and being an online retailer, we will still continue to get your orders dispatched by our fantastic volunteers, again ensuring all necessary rules and government guidance is followed.

You can also expect us to keep you educated and entertained with a range of items that we hope you find of interest in the coming weeks. Our team are reinvigorating some of our favourite content, whilst sitting at home right now developing new fun, educational related videos for you to have a look at. Keep an eye out on the Rooster Website, Blog, Facebook and Instagram for more.

You can collect (select 'collection' as the delivery option when you check out) from our Rooster office in Fareham, UK at our Goods IN / OUT F3 door (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm).  Please ensure you have received via email that the ordered goods are ready for collection before travelling. If you're worried about sizing or what to buy we're only a phone call away.All goods must be returned unused and fit for re-sale. We advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Express Delivery
1-2 business working days from receipt of order.
Standard Delivery
3-4 business working days from receipt of order.
Super Saver Delivery
5-7 business working days from receipt of order.


Our couriers occasionally experience operational difficulties and therefore these service delivery times are not guaranteed.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any local import duties and/or tax charges. Where an order is to be delivered to an address outside of mainland UK, it is possible that a shipping price quoted shall not be correct. We reserve the right to amend this and in these circumstances, we shall always contact the customer prior to any change.




If you live locally or are passing through on your way to an event, you can place an order online and select "collection" in the delivery options. We will email you when your order is ready to collect from our reception desk at our head office in Fareham.


All returned goods* must be returned unused and fit for re-sale with a returns form. We advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit. All Rooster products* can be returned to us for a refund if they meet the above criteria, within 365 days of receipt.
Returned goods are inspected and refunded within 14 calendar days. If replacement goods are required, they should be re-ordered from our website.
If you have purchased a Combo Deal, the whole contents of the Combo Deal must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund. If you were lucky enough to have won one of our prizes at an event, but it's not the right size or colour we are happy to get this swapped over for. Just send back your prize to us, stating the event the item was received at, the new size or colour required and a delivery address to send it back out to you. Please note that while we are happy to exchange colours and sizes we cannot exchange your prize for a different product.

We're unable to exchange or refund rope orders that have been cut to length or customised in any way, such as splicing work or garment printing.
