Featuring a 1mm sole, 5mm fluid sealed seam construction and an internal split toe, the attention to detail is second to none and will not go un-noticed on the water.

Internal split toe prevents the boot twisting round the foot when trapezing and removes the risk of mainsheets, control lines and stones getting lodged in between your toes!
Reinforced single Velcro strap locks the heel into the boot for greater stability
Diamond cut sole provides excellent grip trapezing off racks, wings, hulls and around the boat in general
Sole extends round the side of the foot to prevent wear from footstraps
Made from 5mm neoprene for additional warmth as the split toe design prevents the use of a sock liner
Fluid sealed seams minimise water ingress and flushing

Really easy to get on and off, Velcro strap adjuster gives that extra fit feeling and re-enforced grip sole gives my feet extra protection when entering water and solid grip on the slippy surfaces.

Having sailed a Musto skiff now for some years, I have found the the best wet suit boots tend to be flexible, thin soled with high levels of grip and split toe. This gives a feeling of security as your feet don't slip on the deck unexpectedly and and you get better feed back through your feet with a thin sole. The draw back has always been the wear rate, at best I would get about 10 weeks of use before they fell apart. I have tried numerous types and makes of this type of boot and have now found the Rooster Split Toe Boot. This boot ticks all the boxes, lightweight, flexible, warm, very very grippy and they last much longer than any other similar boot. I would strongly recommend these boots for any none hiking boat.
