The fit is excellent, but buy bigger if on the edge of two sizes as they are snug and would be hard to get off if too small. Quite thin and very flexible, so no loss of dexterity. A bit too thin perhaps, but after a day of sailing my Javelin in F4/5 I've no blisters or sores and the gloves show no wear. Bear in mind that a single day in a Javelin can right off a pair of lesser gloves. Unlike with super grippy gloves (eg Gull Mad) you can pay out the main sheet. I think the Gill Pro gloves have the edge for protection and also have a little more grip, but they're also twice the price and the fingers tend to wear down to the knuckles. Over all a great value good quality glove and nice that someone has considered that extreme grip is not all .. or even desirable.
