Description

The Rooster Race Bib is designed to provide a streamlined, catch free fit when worn over the top of a buoyancy aid. The snug fitting lycra stretches over buoyancy aids and trapeze harnesses to minimise snags on sheets, trapeze and control lines and prevent tiller extensions getting hooked underneath shoulder straps.

If you've ever snagged your buoyancy aid on the boom, or found yourself getting caught on other bits of ki,t then you've learned the hard way. Great piece of kit, worth getting.

Great bit of kit. Keeps your buoyancy aid close to your body to prevent it snagging on the boom, or getting caught on other bits of kit. Would get four stars if there was an option to get one with a built in hole for a trapeze harness, but it's pretty easy to poke a hole through the material for this purpose.

When I first saw this item at the RYA Dinghy Show I thought that this might be an item for poseurs - In reality it holds your buoyancy aid close to your body and helps you avoid snags as you duck the boom. I wish that I'd got one of these ages ago ! Nigel
