Inspired by water, the Aquafleece® Neck Gaiter uses a combination of Aquafleece® and PolyPro to make this a must have watersports accessory, providing protection from the elements without compromising comfort. Its multifunction design enables it to be worn as a neck gaiter, a beanie or a balaclava.

Aquafleece® has a Polyurethane coating on the outside for water resistance, durability and flexibility combined with a fleece inner layer to keep you snug and warm - a combination that works well when wet or dry. PolyPro is a combination of Spandex and polypropylene offering a perfect material for use around water as its has a brushed ´fleece like´ inside to provide good thermal and wicking properties, whilst it also remains remarkably dry since the polypropylene material hates water.

2nd time ordering after lost the first one - always a fan of a buff type thing to keep your neck warm but this being waterproof makes it by far superior for windy and wintery sailing conditions

I think it's one of the most underrated Rooster products. It's absolutely an amazing product and a definite must-have in colder climates!

I got the neck gator as I'm sailing an RS Aero for the first time in Frostbite series and its made it so much more comfortable. The reduction in windchill is really noticeable sailing and also while static in the dinghy park. Great product at a great price.

This is great to keep the neck warm on the water! I even use it to work in around the yacht club when working on boats and even used it for skiing. Great quality product.

Far superior to a normal buff, keeps you warm and dry on those cold windy days, great to find products that work.

Super nice and comfortable for extra warmth

A great edition to the hat, both my boys used through out the winter Optimist training to help them keep warm on the water and stop the wind chill. Great product.

I am a police motorcyclist out in all weathers and temperatures, the neck gaiter is a great bit of kit that keeps the driving rain out and you warm.
  • James Dowrick, Cornwall, 24 October 2016
Hate having a cold neck or do you regularly forget your beanie? A great addition to your kit bag which is both warm, versatile and occasionally a life saver. The colours make you stand out too.
  • Mike Croker, Bramber, 14 October 2016
How did I ever manage without it? I hate having a cold neck with water trickling down it and this has it covered ;) So versatile!

Bought during the winter, perfect for keeping warm then. I've used it quite often, even in summer - works well just to keep the neck warm at sea and of course keep the rain off!

This has become my all time favourite headgear and I need to buy another so I can have both head protection and neck because I'm wearing it a lot as a 'vented' hat. Its versatility is brilliant - as neckwear I can bury my face right in it for windchill protection; gets a bit warmer or I'm not wearing a hood and it goes on my head, either with the drawstring closed as a windproof waterproof beanie, or I heat up and open the drawstring, maybe fold it down a bit or fold right down to an ear band. Fab.

Not convinced about it as a balaclava but a geat beanie and around the neck. Haven't worn it sailing yet but absolutely brilliant on the motorbike these cold mornings!
