As the title suggests this is my second cover from Rooster. The last one was bought about 5 years ago. The bad news first, my old cover was still in one piece although some of the straps had frayed and snapped but the main issue was trying to get the cover onto the boat which became more and more difficult to put on the boat. It was as though in the last 12 months the cover had shrunk and I would have thought polyester is unlikely to do this. At a guess the UV had got to the material and degraded it to a point it became less flexible. You may ask why buy another. Besides the problems in its later life the cover had been excellent in keeping the boat dry as it sits in the boat park all year round. The fit around the boat is excellent with the elastic cordage holding the cover snug on the boat and easy to put on, again up until the last year for the previous cover.

Good design, excellent quality, easy to fit. Way better than the cover it replaces.

Seems like a tough, heavy duty cloth. Very snug fit with a deep skirt around the boat. Good design, and I hope it lasts a long time.

This came vacuum packed and needed a lot of pulling into shape, but the quality of the material rapidly became apparent and things got better. There is a strong elastic grommet which automatically pulls the cover snug over the boat and is then reinforced by 3 good under-hull straps. The bow painter bracket is served by a velcro sealed patch which should keep out all but the very worst driving rain. I have 3 spars on brackets under the cover and there's plenty of room. I'm very happy with this cover - absolute quality.

No dislikes. I ordered a cover for a laser: it was an ample fit; easy to use; and far supreme to the previous one
