We've Moved!

Many sailors have asked me why we have moved to our new premises? Was it that our lease was up for renewal or perhaps to expand? The answer was that we were keen to consolidate our storage in order to improve our speed of service. We now have a collection point for customers who order on line and changing rooms if you need to check the sizing, with easy access from the M27 and plenty of parking, you are welcome to call in to see us. But as your time is precious, spend it on the water, there are free postage options when you buy online.

Our 'Team Work' during the move process was exceptional; the 4 days of downtime shipping orders were made up within 2 days, such is the efficiency of the new working environment. We are llooking forward to the next improvement, we will soon have a telephone system to match our building that will enable customers to arrange a call back if they are kept waiting for a sales line. I am sure that the Team will not mind me saying that they love the new building and working environment; we hope you will love it too. Lastly I would also like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this period.
