Rooster Sailing was delighted to sponsor the recent ISAF Team Racing World Championships hosted by Rutland Sailing Club.
The team's competed in specially designed Rooster Race Bibs, with the Open Worlds event win going to USA 1 and the U19 category going to USA Youth.
Each of the teams raced over 42 times over the course of the 4-day event, with the race committee running in excess of 400 races!
18 teams travelled from Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Japan, USA and an Asian Sailing Federation team comprising Indian, Malaysian and Hong Kong sailors, to participate in this prestigious ISAF Grade 1 event.
The highlight for the sailors was undoubtedly the "Human Table Football" competition held on the Wednesday, with teams of 8 created by mixing up all the individual sailors from the different competing nations.
