Back on the Water

Back on the water last Saturday but in a RIB not the 300 as I was coaching a bunch of Lasers at Dalgety Bay.It was really good weather for early March in Edinburgh, I think we nearly made 10C and we got a force 3 and a bit of sun in the afternoon. This early in the season I was looking to give the group a bit of boathandling drills to knock the rust off, then some short racing exercises to finish off. We had a good time and I'm more keen than ever to get out myself. Meanwhile, I've taken over from Neil Beveridge as the RS300 rep for Scotland. I immediately had to find events to replace the 2 cancelled ones but I think we are almost there. I'll post them up as soon as I get them confirmed.
