Team Rooster 2018 Applications

Do you love all things watersports? Are you outgoing, friendly and sociable? Do you like to help, encourage and support other people within your sport?

This year we have split our support categories into "Brand Ambassadors" for applicants aged 18 and over, and "Team Rooster" for under 18s. Please read all the information in this blog post and make sure you follow the correct application procedure.

We are looking for loyal Rooster fans that are passionate about our brand ethos - SHARE Knowledge, SUPPORT each other and have FUN! We’re not necessarily fussed about race results or how many social media followers you have (although it helps), what matters is that you love getting out on the water, participate any way you can and encourage others with genuine enthusiasm. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it. It’s the very spirit of our #InYourElement mentality. You may not know it but if you love our kit, our ethos and spread the word about us to everyone, you’re already doing it right, so you may as well apply ;-) So what does this all entail? Firstly, have fun! There’s no pressure, we’re one big relaxed family trying to get everyone wearing our great quality kit so they can get on the water all-year-round.

• SAIL // SUP // SURF // PADDLE - get out on the water as much as you can
• Take us on your adventures – share stories and photos with us and your social media following
• Share the love! If you love our kit, spread the word. Speak to people, write a review or create social media posts
• Be creative! If you fancy it, work with our marketing department and create content such as race reports, training diaries, kit reviews, hints & tips, adventure plans & fundraising challenges (like Ted Sargent, Dave Birch and Ken Fowler) stories, photo collages…. anything you want!

In return, successful applicants can expect a variety of rewards such as;
