To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order reference number below.

How do I return an item?

  • Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will then receive a confirmation email with a Collect Plus returns label 
  • Print the label and attach it to the parcel, covering any existing bar codes
  • Drop off the parcel at any of the Collect Plus pick up points  www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator 
  • If you have items from multiple orders to return you will need to complete the above form for each order but you can return them in one parcel, just use one of the labels
  • If you are outside the mainland UK you will need to send your parcel back at your own cost
  • If your order was before the 21/01/2021 you will need to use this link for your return https://www.clicksit.com/ROOSTER/ 

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 90 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on customised pieces, such as customised clothing, splicing work and rope cut to length
  • If you have received an item as a prize it can be exchanged for a different size or colour but not for a different product

 

How can I get a replacement item?

  • To get a replacement item you need to place a new order through the website
  • Any manufacturing faults with an item should be returned within 30 days of receiving the item, please email sales@roostersailing.com for help and guidance

  

Are there any charges for return?

  • For UK Mainland returns this is a free service using Collect Plus
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Prize swaps are to be sent back at your own cost
  • For orders outside Mainland UK items must be sent back at your own cost
     

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Due to the Corona Virus pandemic all returns are quarantined for 72 hours before processing so your return may take a little longer than usual
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your parcel and will be processed to the original payment method
