Puzzled about placing tell tails on a Sail??
There is nothing too important about placing tell tails – except that they should be in the front third of the sail and easy to glance at. We at Rooster have adopted the triangle placement of tell tails to give the sailor a good average. We use green on Starboard Side and Red on Port Side.
