Delivery – Rooster Sailing offer an Express delivery service option where we aim to deliver orders on the next working day if the order is received before 1300hrs. We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2 -3 days of receiving the order. Internet orders will be acknowleged by e-mail.

Cancellation period – Customer has the right to cancel the order up to 7 working days from the day after goods are delivered, the customer is responsible for returning the cancelled goods before repayment can be made, Rooster will refund the cost of the goods within 30 days of cancellation.

Complaints Procedure – All complaints should be addressed to Rooster Sailing, PO Box 45, Emsworth Hants PO10 7WR in writing – or by email to enquiries@roostersailing.com, or by telephone on 01243 389997.

Returns and Refunds - If the product does not meet with the expected quality – a product refund is available on application pending a return and inspection of the goods. Please phone 01243 389997 for a returns number and ensure the safe delivery of the goods to Rooster Sailing. We recommend that you use ‘recorded delivery.’

Size exchanges are also possible by first obtaining a Returns Number by phoning 01243 389997. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods to Rooster Sailing (we recommend recorded delivery) and we will send out the replacement size free of charge.

Warranty – All products have their normal manufacturers warranty. Rooster Sailing Products have a six month normal wear and tear warranty from the day of delivery.

Privacy – Rooster Sailing will collect and retain the details entered at point of order on our customer database. Please register your e-mail address with us by following the link on our home page if you want to receive details of updates, new releases and special discounts.

Names, addresses and email addresses will also be collected from time to time by Rooster Sailing from competition entries on this site, this information will be used for the above purposes unless the entrant wishes otherwise.

You should note that Rooster Sailing will not sell its database of emails to a third party and all data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
